Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with every order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the specialist nature of research compounds, we can only accept returns where the product is unopened and in its original sealed condition, the return is requested within 14 days of delivery, the product has been stored correctly since receipt as specified on the product page, and the product is not a perishable or custom-formulated item. We cannot accept returns of opened products due to quality control and safety requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Do not return products without first receiving a Return Authorisation from us as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund opened or used products, products returned without authorisation, products that show signs of mishandling or incorrect storage, or shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are a consumer, you retain all applicable statutory rights.
