Delivery
- Order before 12pm on a working day and it ships the same day, tracked.
- UK mainland is normally next working day; the Highlands, Islands, NI and the Channel Islands can take one more.
- Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, your choice at checkout, at a flat rate either way — and Tracked 24 free above the threshold shown there.
- Unbranded packaging, gel pack and insulating liner, vials in a moulded insert.
Returns & refunds
- Consumers get 14 days to cancel for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Faulty, wrong or missing? A 30-day right to reject for a full refund, and we cover the return.
- Unopened vials with an intact seal come back within 30 days as a goodwill policy.
- An opened or reconstituted vial cannot come back. There is no way for us to verify how it was stored.
Certificates of analysis
- Every lot is assayed twice: once by the manufacturing facility, once by an independent lab we contract separately.
- It is the independent lab's figure that goes on the certificate.
- Each vial carries its lot number on the label, and the certificate is filed against that exact lot.
- Send us the lot number and we return the PDF and the raw chromatogram the same working day.
