Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Our standard dispatch target is within 48 hours of order placement.

UK Delivery Options

Standard via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked takes 2 to 4 working days. Express via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked takes 1 to 2 working days. Next Day via Royal Mail Special Delivery is available when ordered before 1pm. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, or peak periods.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected European and international destinations. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. We strongly advise international customers to verify that the import of research peptides is lawful in their jurisdiction before ordering.

Packaging

All orders are packed in plain, discreet outer packaging with no branding or product description visible on the outside. Inner packaging is sealed and tamper-evident.

Temperature Sensitive Products

Certain peptides require cold-chain handling. Where applicable, orders are shipped with appropriate cold packs. We recommend refrigerating products promptly upon receipt and following storage instructions on each product page.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. Claims for lost parcels must be raised within 28 days of the dispatch date.
